A Virtual Personal Trainer is just like your local gym Personal Trainer, the main difference is the way we communicate. Thanks to the latest technology, we are able to stay in touch with our customers through an in-app messaging and discussion features and work much more effectively using tools such as workout calendar, progress tracking, exercise videos, nutrition tracking and more. All these functionalities are available via our FitBreed app that you can install on any modern Iphone / Android device.
By using FitBreed, Personal Trainers are able to provide advice and monitor clients’ progress more efficiently than ever. Instead of booking expensive on-site hourly coaching sessions, you have access to qualified Personal Trainers wherever you are, whenever you need and at a fraction of the price. At FitBreed our aim is to provide top quality Personal Trainer experience to everyone, without a hefty bill.
You can communicate directly with your Personal Trainer using a built-in messaging feature in our app. You can also comment on your recent workouts / trainings and chat with the community using a Group Chat feature (depending on your plan).
If you have access to two-way messaging you can both receive and send messages to you Personal Trainer. This comes with our Standard and Full plans. Currently the Basic plan only offers one-way messaging, i.e. you will be able to receive messages and instructions, but you won’t be able to reply.
Our Personal Trainers are based in various locations in the USA, UK and Australia and we are currently expanding our teams in Europe and Asia. No matter which country or time zone you live in, we are aiming to provide the best customer support. Nevertheless, individual PTs are not always available 24 hours, so please allow a reasonable response time.
After you place an order on our website you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire.
Your Personal Trainer will then setup your account and assign a general trial Starter Program.
You will have 48 hours from the time the order was placed to download the app and try all the features. You will be able to contact your Personal Trainer using the messaging feature, access your calendar, training plans, workout and exercise library.
Your payment will be automatically processed after 48 hours from placing the order. If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so free of charge up until 48 hours by logging to your PayPal account and cancelling your subscription. If you wish to proceed with FitBreed you don’t have to do anything, the payment will be deducted automatically. Once the payment is processed, your Personal Trainer will set up your actual Training Plan, depending on your package (Bespoke / Pre-made) and start monitoring your progress.
Once you place the order your payment will not be processed straight-away - you will have 48 hours to download and try our app. If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so free of charge up until 48 hours by logging to your PayPal account and cancelling your subscription.
